Private Tour | Doi Suthep-Pui National Park trekking
We don't offer this guided tour until further notice.
Doi Suthep-Pui National Park is the nearest national park in Chiang Mai right at the west edge of the city. The park is best known for the Doi Suthep Temple at the top of the mountain, clearly seen from the city. The park has many trails crossing the beautiful forests of the park in all directions. Due to high altitudes, the park has cooler weather all year round.
The park is also home to the biggest Hmong community in Northern Thailand.
What?
A day trip to the park includes visiting Doi Suthep Temple and hiking along one of the best trails in the Chiang Mai area, with good views over surrounding areas and through some Hmong villages. There will be less driving, less attractions visiting and more hiking for sure.
The tour is available all year round, includes transportation, entrance fees to the temple, lunch, coffe/tea and water.
If because of unforeseen reasons any of the trails are closed, alternative trails will be offered by the guide. This may happen during the rainy seasons.
This is a strictly private tour, not a group tour. Can't be joined with others.

The Doi Suthep-Pui National Park trekking tour was the highlight of our trip to Chiang Mai.
Pare was a fabulous local who guided us through the temple, side streets, cafe, and forest while sharing stories of tradition and folklore. She is great at suggesting foods, activities, and paths. 10 out of 10 would recommend her for English speakers.
